I’m on a mission to support the unleashing AND nourishment of entrepreneurs, leaders & creators - after years of being an aid worker, social entrepreneur & consultant ending in multiple burnouts. I believe we can create impactful things while not losing our joy, freedom and wellbeing.
My experience in the traditional nonprofit, entrepreneurship and business sectors, combined with my training in embodiment coaching, and passion for heart-led intuitive change, makes me uniquely qualified to guide you in a growth process. That process will be both practical and soulful.
I honor your cultural experiences and multiple ways of knowing from a trauma-informed and culturally conscious lens, and use a wide variety of modalities and cognitive/ somatic tools that lead to lasting embodied transformation for you and your creations. What the brilliance package includes:
10 sessions across 3-4 months depending on your schedule. Ideally 2-3 calls a month to unleash your goal.
10 sessions to support your goal process
x2 deep dive sessions to get to the root of your vision & goals. Together we map out a custom plan & motivations.
8x 90 min alignment & embodiment sessions, to tackle any obstacles to taking aligned action and unleashing your goals. Together I help you embody the change you want to see.
Support & accountability in-between sessions
2 hours per month of text/ voice messaging support in-between sessions over voxer app for real time coaching of accountability, set backs and celebrating progress.

Using my big toolbox from below, I will share with you worksheets, prompts, exercises, ideas, articles or templates you need based on your individual goals and outcomes from your sessions.

With each client, I use a range of practices in accordance with your needs, goals, values, and inner alignment — I want to give you every strategy and tool I can offer, while also making sure you're making decisions from your truest self.
Brilliance Package: Investment options
I believe in a sliding scale because our economic system is broken and access to money shouldn't stop people from receiving the support they need. Yes, I need to charge for my work because I, too, live under capitalism and need to pay my bills—but why would I “set my rates” in a way that effectively excludes people simply because of their distance from financial privilege?
I need the average of payments to be in the middle suggested rate for this work to be sustainable. But when you pay more than this, you make it possible for me to accept more clients who pay less to make coaching more accessible for those that need & want it!
This package includes: 10 sessions over 3-4 months (depending on your schedule - I recommend 2-3 calls a month), 2 hours of messaging app time per month in-between sessions, and resources custom to you based on your goals/ session outcomes.
Core Rate: $1,740 or $580 x3 monthly payment for 10 session package
Sessions are 1.5 hours. Do you have access to regular paychecks making 50k+, or currently living from savings, can you cover your needs, do you or your family have assets?
Can you afford to pay me my suggested rate according to my training, costs and market rates? Great! I appreciate you compensating me for my time, skills, and experience.
Access Rate: * $1,248 or $262 x4 monthly payment for 10 sessions
This applies to you if: You have no access to safety nets (privilege, assets, income), & systematically disenfranchised because of society.
For those with lower income, assets and privilege we can also talk about longer payment plans and ideas for you to crowdsource/ fundraise this coaching rate. Reach out & lets see what’s possible!
* Examples of systematically disenfranchised are:
you live paycheck to paycheck
you’ve qualified for food stamps and/or Medicaid for a significant period of time
you’re supporting yourself and paid/ paying your own way through college
your parents did not go to college
you rely on payday loans
your children qualified for free school lunch
you’re currently a single parent or being raised in a single parent household
you’ve lived at or below 200% of the poverty line for your state for at least one year
you’ve experienced stretches of time when food was not readily and easily available.
* An asset is something of significant financial value, such as a family house, car, business, investments/stock, large saving account, etc.
